This device was made of two separate items I found lying next to each other on a shelf in a charity shop. A water carafe (or possibly used as a vase) and a candlestick. The former caught my eye with it's stylish design and a sturdy build. The latter just needed a few holes to be drilled on top for a screen. Eventually I had to install a short PVC tube to the previous candlestick to reach to the bottom of the water tank as trying to squeeze the aluminium pipe into a narrower form to fit deeper inside did not give a desired result.
