At first I couldn't quite figure out what this vessel was for. After closer inspection the smell of kerosene and strings hanging from each cork gave away that it must have been a four-headed oil lamp. One cork got replaced with a brass bowl, one got the string removed and sticked onto a PVC tube as a mouthpiece, the rest work as an optional turbo switch.
